Pavel Korchagin

Education: Saratov State Conservatoire (2005)
Additional information: member of Saratov Opera and Ballet since 2003, tenore lirico. The artists approach to his roles is scrupulous and always based on a deep psychological insight. In 2008, Pavel sang an important role of Wagner in the companys production of Vladimir Kobekins opera «Marguerite» nominated for the Golden Mask National Festival in Moscow. Two years later, he appeared in the Golden Mask again with a witty and masterful interpretation of Prince in Offenbachs «Les Brigands» Apart from operatic roles, the young singers repertoire also embraces a variety of art and folk songs, solo lines in oratorio and cantata.
Korchagin has toured extensively nationwide including Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Astrakhan, Perm, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, Yaroslavl.
